Hi i am my son and i are almost finished with our cart we will be using a 13 hp honda i am having a hard time finding a torque convertor i saw on the internet where comet may be out of business is there any other brands i need a 1in shaft size. Also i was wondering about the spindel fitments i ordered 20 and only used 10

Yea I am not sure about the torque converter issues. I think there are quite a few out there even if they are going out of business there will still be some selling for awhile. And for the spindle brackets... Which kart are you building? If its the GD or Arachnid, you will be using 8 for the A-Arms, Then 4 for the rear pivot of the sub-frame. So thats 12. Then we always order a few more to use on other things. We actually cut them up and make other parts out of them. You will see what I mean the further you go. I actually probably just put the number that we ordered instead of what we actually put in the plans. Sorry about that. But better to have to many than not enough. How did you use just 10? Just wondering...

Hi ive been biulding off road buggys-go karts in the uk for 6years,
most of all the honda gx engines that we use ,
we put the honda wet-clutch gearbox on them and you will get speeds upto 55mph,
depending on engine-size & gearing setup.
