We have no way of telling you if that will work. You will have to do that research and measurements and decide for yourself. The parts we specify in the plans are ones that we have tested and know work. It is a very simple design so adding your own motor or configuration should be easy with some homework. Good luck!

Robert, Wanted to post my Grand Daddy Picts for your review. Notice the last couple of picts where I added the connections for the upper to lower main frame. The ones in the rear are there due to a mistake I made early on in the build process, and the side supports are more for looks.

Would it be better to widen the frame or lengthen the a-arms? i want it to have a wider stance.

Unless you want the front to be wider than the back then I would widen the whole frame

I want to lengthen the A-Arms, i was wondering if it would be structurly okay, to lengthen the a arms where the 5/8" nut is welded on?

I wouldnt do it there. I would add the length to the top of the yoke for more strenght. That way you have the strength of the wishbone instead of just the one piece of 1x1 taking all the force. Just my opinion... We have some good builders here on the forum so maybe you will get some more feedback about this.
